My suggestion would be to start talking to your school guidance counselor and contacting some culinary schools and asking about scholarship opportunities. You are still young but there is no time like the present to start on the path to your dreams. You might also talk to your local bakery and see if they have an apprenticeship program or possibly volunteer to help out if for nothing more than the experience in actually seeing how a true bakery operates and flows. I would say do everything in your power to learn all that you can about your passion so you can excel in everything that your heart is set on doing. I wish you the best Hello
